SULLIVAN, Chief Judge.

During February of 1990, appellant was tried by a special court-martial composed of officer members at Marine Corps Air Station, Beaufort, South Carolina. Contrary *115to his pleas, he was found guilty by exceptions and substitutions of two specifications of larceny of jewelry from two junior enlisted Marines, in violation of Article 121, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 USC § 921.
