This appeal by “T. N. Berlage, pro se,” is from an order of the Circuit Court for Montgomery County, in Equity, passed on September 10, 1954, ratifying an auditor’s account filed May 11, 1954. The complicated nature of the case requires a rather tedious recital of what is disclosed by the transcript.. The appellant is the life-tenant under the will of his wife, Helen Page Berlage, who died on June 16, 1947.
