ANN CRAWFORD McCLURE, Justice.

Edward Mekeel and/or all other occupants (Mekeel) appeal from the ruling in a forcible detainer action granting possession of the property at issue to U.S. Bank. Mekeel contends in four issues that the trial court erred in rendering judgment for the Bank because: (1) its pleading is invalid; (2) the notice to vacate and demand for possession failed to comply with the Texas Property Code; (3) the substitute trustee’s deed was insufficient to support a prima facie claim of title; and (4) there was no evidence that Mekeel continued to occupy the property…
