This suit was instituted by the appellee, George F. Diffendal, against the appellant, The Philadelphia, Baltimore and Washington Railroad Company, to recover damages for the injury which the plaintiff claims to have sustained by reason of the alleged negligence of the defendant in the transportation of a car load of peaches from Baltimore, Maryland to Washington, in the District of Columbia.
The plaintiff having obtained a verdict and judgment in the trial Court for $608 the defendant has brought this appeal to correct certain alleged errors in the rulings of that Court.
