OPINION OF THE COURT

Dineen A. Riviezzo, J.

Defendant’s motion to suppress was sent to me for a Huntley/ Dunaway hearing.

I make the following findings of fact and conclusions of law.

Findings of Fact

The sole witness at the hearing was Detective Clint Moody, whose testimony I found to be candid and credible.
