ORDER DENYING DEFENDANTS’ MOTIONS TO ENFORCE SETTLEMENT AND FOR DISMISSAL

The court heard defendants’ motions on November 7, 1994. Jay Lawrence Friedheim, Esq., appeared on behalf of plaintiff; Robert G. Frame, Esq., [Leonard F. Alcantara, Esq. and Evelyn J.
