JORDAN, Circuit Judge.
This case is before us on remand from the United States Supreme Court. Appellants Keith Litman and Robert Wachtel had earlier asked us to reverse an order of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey compelling them to arbitrate their contract dispute with Célico Partnership d/b/a Verizon Wireless (“Verizon”) on an individual rather than a class- wide basis.
