TIMMERMAN, District Judge.
Homer E. Anderson, a citizen of Georgia, having been appointed by the Probate Judge of Aiken County, South Carolina, to be the administrator of the estate of his deceased wife, Virginia H. Anderson, brought this action in the District Court of the Eastern District of South Carolina, Aiken Division, against Lida E. Lane, a citizen of South Carolina, for $25,000 in damages on account of the alleged wrongful death in Georgia of his said wife.
