Norma Jean Gomez appeals a decision of the Department of Public Welfare to rescind her Family Day Care Home Certificate because there was an indicated report of child abuse on file naming Gomez as the perpetrator of abuse. After a hearing on the departments rescission, the Director of the Office of Hearings and Appeals adopted the hearing officers recommendation and denied the appeal. We affirm.
