This adversary proceeding involves a contest over the ultimate right to recovery of $130,000.00 paid to the Debtor, BELL FUEL CORPORATION (hereinafter referred to as “the Debtor”), by certain insurers in settlement of a suit brought against them by the Debtor as a result of the insurers’ failure to compensate the» Debtor for coverage of certain “business interruption” damages.
