Reversing.

This action was instituted by the appellant, T. J. Ray, against the appellee, Cliff Shemwell, to recover damages for certain alleged slanderous words spoken by appéllee of and concerning appellant. Although the petition was not separated into paragraphs, it alleged two causes of action, which, however, could be properly joined in one petition. The first cause of action was the alleged *55speaking by appellee, on the 25th day of August, and in the presence of EL Mulligan and others, the. following words, with reference to the appellant:
