The parties herein occupied reverse positions in the trial court and hereafter will be referred to as they appeared therein.
The plaintiffs, J. O. Moore and Ruby M. Moore, brought this action against the defendants, Dorothy F. Powell, Theo Powell, B. E¡. Davis and the Guarantee State Bank of Mangum, Oklahoma, alleging in their second amended petition that the defendants Dorothy F.
