Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court (Klein, J.), in favor of defendants Hudson Transit Corporation and Short Lines Systems, Inc., entered August 26, 1987 in Sullivan County, upon a dismissal of the complaint and cross claims against said defendants at the close of plaintiffs’ case.
