Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court (Dier, J.), entered December 15, 1989 in Warren County, which granted the motions of defendants Roger LaFontaine, Lena LaFontaine and A. Colarusso and Son, Inc. for summary judgment dismissing the complaint and all cross claims against them.
