This suit involves a claim for damages against the two defendants, Travelers Insurance Company and J.C. Leathers, on behalf of the plaintiff, Julius C. Olano, for himself, individually, in the sum of $1,798.80, for the use and benefit of his minor son, Julius C. Olano, Jr., in the sum of $9,500 and for the use and benefit of General Exchange Insurance Corporation in the sum of $800. The demands arise out of an accident which took place on State Highway No. 168 at a point about one-half mile north of the Town of White Castle, Parish of Iberville, at about 9:30 o'clock in the morning of Sunday,…
