MEMORANDUM OPINION

On March 2, 2004, Lonnie D. Eck (“Mr. Eck”), the Standing Chapter 13 Trustee in this District, filed his Motion For Review of Debtor’s Transactions With Attorney and Request For Hearing (the “Motion”) in this case. The Motion raises several troubling questions regarding the conduct of Timothy C.
