MEMORANDUM DECISION

STEWART, District Judge:

Defendants Martin Abrams, Irving Cotier, Michael Gold, Frederick Pierce, and Leonard Siegel are jointly charged with fifteen counts of wire fraud, and one count of endeavoring to obstruct the communication of information regarding a federal criminal offense.
