Defendants-appellants Michael Palazzolo and Richard Olivieri (“Appellants”) appeal from sentences imposed on them by the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York (Allen G. Schwartz, District Judge) following their guilty pleas to a racketeering conspiracy charge. After conducting a sentencing hearing pursuant to United States v. Fatico, 579 F.2d 707 (2d Cir.1978), the district court took into account as relevant conduct for sentencing three additional racketeering acts for which Appellants were not indicted.
