Plaintiff, American National Bank and Trust Company of Chicago (“American” or the “Bank”), sued Matrix IV, Inc. (“Matrix”) in this Adversary proceeding, which is related to the Chapter 11 Bankruptcy of S.M. Acquisition Co. (“Stylemaster” or “Debtor”). American seeks a declaratory judgment that its lien against the Debtor is superior to Matrix’s lien.
