OPINION

CONNOR, Justice.

This appeal raises the question of whether the evidence before the court below required a finding of entrapment as a matter of law.

Appellant was indicted for selling morphine to an undercover agent of the Alaska State Police.1 She pleaded not guilty, was tried by a jury, and was convicted and sentenced upon a verdict of guilty. At the close of the prosecution’s case, her counsel moved for a judgment of acquittal2 on the ground that the evidence required a finding of entrapment as a matter of law.
