Affirming.

This action arose out of a dissension among the members of the First Baptist Church of Monticello, Ky. The appellants, who were plaintiffs below, in behalf of themselves and as representatives of certain other members of the church affiliated with their faction, instituted this action against the defendants, as members and representatives of the opposing faction.
