This is an appeal on questions of law from a judgment of the Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County sustaining a motion of the defendant for a directed verdict at the conclusion of all the evidence in a wrongful death action commenced by Emily Huff, administratrix of the estate of James W. Huff, to recover for damages incurred as the result of a collision between an automobile driven by ber busband and a train of tbe New York Central Railroad Company.
