Houghton, J.*

¶1 Angela Erdman appeals the trial court’s order dismissing her claims against Chapel Hill *833Presbyterian Church (Church) and its pastor, Mark Toone. She argues that the trial court erred in limiting discovery and in granting summary judgment. She also argues that RCW 49.60.040(11), the religious employer exemption under chapter 49.60 RCW, the Washington Law Against Discrimination (WLAD), violates the state and federal constitutions. We affirm in part, reverse in part, and remand for further proceedings.
