BEATY, District Judge.
Plaintiffs Linda Allen (“Allen”) and Julie Ord (“Ord”) (collectively “Plaintiffs”) bring claims against their former employer, Defendant International Business Machines Corporation (“IBM” or “Defendant”), for health problems Plaintiffs allege they have suffered due to IBM’s misconduct. Specifically, Plaintiffs’ Amended Complaint 1 [Document # 5], viewed in the light most favorable to Plaintiffs, claims that IBM knowingly engaged in activities that it knew were substantially certain to cause severe injury or death.
