OPINION OF THE COURT

BRESLIN, Senior Judge:

The appellant pled guilty to stealing automotive audio components worth more than $100.00, the property of a Marine gunnery sergeant, in violation of Article 121, UCMJ, 10 U.S.C. § 921. He was found guilty in accordance with his pleas. A special court-martial composed of officer members sentenced him to a bad-conduct discharge, confinement for 60 days, and reduction to E-l.
