I respectfully dissent.

This is an appeal from two summary judgments. Nelson Bunker Hunt, Herbert Hunt, and Lamar Hunt (hereinafter referred to as “Hunt”) sued Coastal States Gas Producing Company and Coastal States Marketing, Inc., (hereinafter referred to as “Coastal States”).
