Appellants filed objections to judgment for delinquent taxes on two lots owned by them for the years 1931 to 1934, inclusive. The objections for the four years were consolidated, by agreement, and heard as one proceeding. It was charged, in substance, that the assessed valuation was so grossly excessive as to constitute fraud on the part of the assessor, and that this resulted in an unjust discrimination in violation of section 1 of article 9 of the State constitution and the fourteenth amendment to the Federal constitution.
