delivered the opinion of the court:

On the nth day of September, 1915, the Sanitary District of Chicago filed its bill of complaint in the circuit court of Will county against Edwin G. Young, county clerk of said county, praying for an injunction perpetually enjoining him from extending the taxes upon and against its property in the townships of Lockport and DuPage, in said .county, upon the valuations and assessments made by the assessors of said townships.
