This is an appeal from the district court of Cleveland county, by a duly certified transcript of the record, from an order of the district court sustaining a demurrer to the petition of the plaintiff.
The petition of the plaintiff was originally filed in the county court of Cleveland county in a probate proceeding pending in said court entitled, “In the Matter of the Estate of Minnie Green, Deceased,” praying said court to set aside and vacate certain orders theretofore made in said cause.
