This proceeding had its origin in the Prohate Court, from which an appeal on questions of law has been prosecuted directly to this court. The questions propounded grow out of exceptions taken to the administrator’s final account. We are apprised by the original papers, a meager agreed statement of facts and the transcript of docket and journal entries, of the following facts.
