In the above proceedings the chancellor entered a decree of foreclosure and sale finding the indebtedness due to complainant from defendant Broadway-Carmen Building Corporation, a corporation (hereinafter called Building Corporation), for principal, interest and moneys advanced, to be $70,246.91, and ordering a sale of the premises described in the trust'deed if the said sum should not be paid within a period of three days. At the sale the master in chancery “struck off and sold the same to Henry R. Levy, the complainant, for the sum of $50,000, there being no other bidder at said sale.”…
