Burt Tebbs, while employed as a lineman by the defendant, received burns, on October 16, 1937, from a wire carrying a current of 2,300 volts, which made necessary the amputation of his right hand, and of his left arm above the elbow. He and the defendant entered into a memorandum of agreement, as provided by section 1436 of the Code, in which it was stipulated that he should receive $7.03 a week from November 8, 1937, for a total disability period of 400 weeks, or until terminated in accordance with the provisions of the Workmen’s Com pensation Laws.
