*415 ¶ 1 On November 13, 2018, the circuit court of Winnebago County found that the State had established by clear and convincing evidence that respondent, Maurice B., was unfit to parent his children, M.B., D.B., and D.B. (ages three, six, and eight at the time of the hearing) and that it was in the children's best interests that respondent's parental rights be terminated.
