This is a filiation proceeding under ORS 109.-125. ① Plaintiff filed a complaint in equity alleging that defendant was the father of plaintiff’s child born out of wedlock and seeking a decree adjudging defendant to be the. father and requiring him to pay child support and certain expenses.
