Plaintiff-appellants Roesch, Inc. (Roesch) and its wholly owned subsidiary, Marketing Division, Inc., 1 appeal the district court’s 2 entry of a directed verdict in favor of defendant-appellees Star Cooler Corporation (Star), Tour Ice Midwest, Inc. (Tour Ice) 3 and Hussmann Refrigeration, Inc. (Hussmann). 4 Roesch’s complaint alleged that a conspiracy existed among the defendant-appellees to fix or maintain the resale price of ice merchandisers.
