Mrs. Hardigree sought to recover certain funds from the appellant on behalf of her deceased husband’s estate. The case was tried before the judge without a jury on the following stipulated facts.
Georgia Turkey Farms is a Georgia cooperative marketing association of which the deceased was a member in good standing at the time of his death. As a member of the cooperative Hardigree acquired property interests in the form of stock in the association, revolving fund certificates issued in return for capital contributed to the association, and retained proceeds of the association.…
