The Superior Court, Chancery Division, dismissed the State’s complaint which sought to escheat, under N. J. S. 2A :37 — 1 et seq., the amounts of telegraphic money orders originating more than 14 years ago at defendant’s New Jersey offices which were not taken up by the payees at the places of destination nor refunded to the senders.
