This is an application by the plaintiff for a writ of assistance under the provisions of section 985 of the Civil Practice Act. The plaintiff secured a judgment of partition and sale against the defendants, under which, by purchase, she is now the owner of the property. The defendant Lyne is the sister of the plaintiff and prior to the sale held an estate of inheritance in fee simple in an undivided one-third interest of the subject property.
