MESKILL, Circuit Judge:
Salvatore Giglio and his wife Carmela appeal from a judgment entered in the *430United States District Court for the Southern District of New York after a three-day bench trial before Morris E. Lasker, Judge, dismissing their complaint in an action brought under the Longshoremen’s and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act (“LHWCA”), 33 U.S.C. §§ 901 et seq. We affirm.
