In this third-party action against a shipowner brought under the Longshoremen’s & Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act (LHWCA), 33 U.S.C. § 901 et seq. (1976), plaintiff longshoreman appeals from a judgment of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York granting the shipowner’s motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict and dismissing the complaint.
