delivered the opinion of the court:

This case involves a citation proceeding in the Probate Court to recover $11,113.59 which constituted the corpus of an inter vivos trust established by the decedent who named his favorite grandson as the beneficiar y.

In 1934 the decedent executed a will in which he devised 88% of his estate to his wife and the remainder to other designated persons.
