Michael G. Lawrence was charged in the Trenton Municipal Court with driving while *279intoxicated in violation of a city ordinance. He was found guilty and appealed to the circuit court. There, upon trial to the court, he was found guilty and a fine of $50 was assessed. After motion for new trial was overruled, he appealed to this court.
