This employment discrimination case is brought under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 ("Title VII"), codified, as amended, at 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq. Plaintiff Frederick J. Brennan has sued his former employer, Deluxe Corporation ("Deluxe"), alleging that he was disciplined and then terminated from his job because of discrimination based on religion.
