This was an application to the county court of St. Clair county, by the county treasurer of that county, for judgment for delinquent taxes for the year 1889. The assessor of the township in which the property was situate and assessable, had returned his assessment, conformably to law, of five tracts of land, assessing one of said tracts in the name of Louis Fuchs, one in the name of Francois Louis, one in the name of F.
