These three actions were tried together. The plaintiffs Beatrice L. Bruce and Margaret A. Russell were injured while riding as guests in a motor vehicle by invi-. tation of the driver, one Johnson. The plaintiff Charles Brace sues as father of Beatrice, a minor, for consequential damages. The defendant was the registered owner of the vehicle at the time of the accident. For the purposes of this proceeding it is agreed that there was evidence for the jury that the driver was guilty of negligence sufficient to justify recovery and that the plaintiffs were in the exercise of due care.
