This is a bill in equity in which the plaintiff seeks to have the defendant enjoined from collecting or attempting to collect the rents from two parcels of real estate located respectively at 124 Pearson Road, and at 1028 Broadway, in Somerville, and to compel her to convey to him title to the premises on Pearson Road.
