Affirming.

The Legislature at its 1920 session enacted chapter 52, page 221, of the session acts of that year, and at its 1924 session it amended and re-enacted sections 1 and 2 of the 1920 act, and which amendment is chapter 88, page 231, of the session acts for that year. As so amended the statute is contained in sections 938e-l to and including 938e-6, as designated in the 1930 Edition of Carroll’s Kentucky Statutes, excepting the present section therein, numbered 938e-2a.
