Bradley, J.), rendered October 3, 1983, convicting defendant, after a jury trial, of murder in the second degree, and sentencing him to a term of imprisonment of 25 years to life, and order of the same court, dated May 11, 1990, denying defendant’s post-judgment motion pursuant to CPL 440.10, unanimously affirmed.
