JANVIER, Judge.
In the early morning of December 1, 1956, on what is known as the South Claiborne Overpass, in New Orleans, there was an automobile collision in which three cars were involved, and, as a result of *806which, Edward Baumann, the owner and operator of one of the cars, sustained physical injuries and damage to his car.
