This is an appeal from a judgment- of the district court of Nacogdoches County, Texas, in a compensation insurance suit. Fred Pellom was the employee, Garrison Lumber Company the employer, and appellant, Traders & General Insurance Company, the compensation ’insurance carrier.Fred Pellom, while in the course of his employment as an employee of the Garrispn Lumber Company, on October 31, 1938, received an injury for which he claimed compensation.
